Mechanical Assembly Division (MAD) is a basic structural unit of the company, the function of which is to maximally concentrate the manufacture and release of the final product in one place.
MAD consists of several shops, each of them being an independent unit, and is managed by the Head of production. Each shop is in charge of the production of a specific product range as well as performing operations of coating and heat treatment.
Machining of parts in each shop is carried out on the flow-mechanized and automated lines. The blanks applied for the manufacture of components are mainly in-house forgings which are made in the Forging and Pressing Division, as well as blanks made of round bars and tubes.
Technological processes of operating production for the newly developed products have been designed and developed for the conditions of mass production taking into consideration innovative solutions in the field of science and technology. Therefore, in the production process such highly productive types of treatment as broaching, thread rolling, cross-wedge rolling, cold and hot stamping are applied.

They apply quickly readjustable high-performance equipment with CNC, flexible manufacturing cells and systems. This provides the achievement of the required performance with less hardware, the reduction of production space, the possibility of rapid pre-production and setup when changing a product, a high concentration of manufacturing operations in one setup of the workpiece.
The activity of Mechanical Assembly Division results in the product reliability and quality which comply with the requirements of international standards.
