Automobile Unit Division of Belcard JSC produces shock-absorbers, brake chambers, gas springs (struts), steering rods (MTZ) for assembly lines of "MAZ", "KamAZ", "GAZ", "AvtoKrAZ", "BelAZ", "MWTP" "UralAZ", "MTZ", "PAZ", "Likinsky Bus", "Belkommunmash", "Amkodor", as well as spare parts.

The Division has modern equipment and applies modern technologies of such companies as "VUMA-TRADING" compression valve assembly line (Slovakia), "PEDRAZZOLI" automatic tube cutting machine (Italy), "BILSTEIN" assembly equipment and test benches (Germany), "SСHULER" and "SMG" press equipment (Germany), "DEMAG" ET 200-840 EXTRA injection molding machines (Germany), "ENGA" test bench for rating force characteristics of shock-absorbers for trucks, "VDA" test bench for rating force characteristics of shock-absorbers which are used in suspensions of motor vehicles, trailers and other vehicles.
We produce a wide range of two-tube shock-absorbers of various dimension-types with rod diameters of 12 mm, 14mm, 19mm, 20mm, 22mm.

At present the Division applies a unique set of equipment and produces single-tube hydropneumatic shock-absorbers of the following dimension-types: 10x27 (rod diameter, mm x piston diameter, mm); 12x30; 12x45, which are widely used in vehicle suspensions, as well as for driver's seats, towing couplers, snowmobile suspensions, etc.
Manufactured gas springs with force F1 up to 1400 N are supplied for the complete equipment of vehicles "MAZ", "BelAZ" and "GAZ", buses, tractors and road-building machinery.
The Division produces brake chambers for all types of trucks, trailers and semitrailers manufactured in CIS countries, as well as brake chambers equipped with energy accumulator for vehicles "MAZ", "KamAZ", "KrAZ", buses "Ikarus" and "LiAZ" and trolleybuses. The products manufactured have certificates of conformity issued by certification bodies of Belarus and Russia.
