Quality policy of Belcard JSC, Grodno determines areas for improving the Сompany’s activities; includes obligations for compliance with the applicable requirements, effectiveness and continual improvement of the quality management system (hereinafter referred to as the QMS) at all stages of the product life cycle, application of risk-based thinking, allocation of necessary resources, implementation of the stated policy and stated quality objectives in order to increase customer satisfaction.

We mainly aim to achieve a leading position in the segment of manufactured components by means of meeting customer needs and expectations, continuous improvement of quality, safety and reliability of our products, by establishing mutually beneficial long-term relationships with partners based on mutual trust.

During the policy deployment, top management sets the quality objectives of Belcard JSC, Grodno which are customer-oriented and are issued as a separate document for a current calendar year.

The quality manual is a basic document setting out the QMS concept of Belcard JSC, Grodno in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, STB ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949:2016, STB 16949-2018.

The current QMS of Belcard JSC, Grodno is applicable to designing and manufacturing of gimbal drives, driveshafts, shock-absorbers, transmission unit flanges, gas springs, brake chambers, shock-absorber struts.

In 2024, based on the results of a recertification audit by the United Registrar of Systems LTD certification body (URS, Great Britain), the Сompany’s QMS was recognized to meet the requirements of the international standard IATF 16949:2016, including the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard and was confirmed by certificates of conformity (No. 74894/ВВ/0001/SM/RUS, No. 74894/ВВ/0001/SM/En, No. 74894/В/0001/SM/RUS, No. 74894/B/0001/SM/En). The conformity certificates are valid till July 5, 2027.

Internal audits are aimed at defect prevention, cost reduction and are carried out within the framework of the developed internal audit program (QMS process, manufacturing process, products) for a calendar year.

Increasing the competitiveness of Belcard JSC, Grodno products is expected due to the reduction of production costs, material capacity, optimization of technological processes, purchase of high-quality materials and components, implementation of a production system based on “lean manufacturing” principles and QMS improvement.

In order to systematically reduce losses due to spoilage, the following measures are planned:

- application of the procedure for Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (in accordance with FMEA 2019);

- application of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP);

- application of Quality Assurance Guidelines for Suppliers (PPAP suppliers);

- monitoring the achievement of the target quality level of the supplied and purchased products;

- implementation of engineering approaches during the development and manufacture of products (APQP, QFD, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, DFA, DFM, Poka-Yoke, SMED, VSM), as well as implementation of modern quality tools for solving problems (Pareto, 8D, “5 Whys?”, Gantt chart and Ishikawa diagram, etc.);

- further development, operation and implementation of production system elements based on the principles of “Lean Manufacturing” at two production sites.
